 Excellent Education December 20, 2008
I have heard Dave Lindahl speak and the book reflects his intense knowledge of the commercial real estate market. The concepts spelled out in "The Donald's" book will take an investor to another level in investing. I highly recommend this book for anyone interested in multi-family or commercial investing.

I found this book very easy to read and understand. If you are looking for a simple formula for commercial real estate success, you have found it. I found the authors concepts on emerging markets very useful.

This book is a very easy read, in simple well laid out format. Perfect for a person just starting out in the Real Estate investing business. I especially liked all the formulas for determining if a deal is right for the investor to spend more time on.
