Product Description
Everyone's life is governed by an internal code of conduct. Some call it morality. Others call it religion. But Bros in the know call this holy grail the Bro Code.

Historically a spoken tradition passed from one generation to the next, the official code of conduct for Bros appears here in its published form for the first time ever. By upholding the tenets of this sacred and legendary document, any dude can learn to achieve Bro-dom.

Well when i first heard about this book of The Bro code I was shocked and excited and now i know why. The book is AMAZING from Page 1 to the last and tells you everything you need to know to be the Best Bro to you're bro or teach your Bro how to be one. By following these VERY EASY steps you can turn from lame duck to a REAL BRO. I just got it and read it from cover to cover. Be a real BRO and READ THIS!!!

5 out of 5 stars Priceless humor for any fan of the show   November 10, 2008

This book isn't some quick, half-hearted cash-in for How I Met Your Mother Fans, it's basically Barney Stinson in paperback form. The Bro Code is hilarious. If you're a fan of the show you'll likely hear Neil Patrick Harris' voice in your head as you read the book cover-to-cover. With diagrams, footnotes, and over 150 "codes" written by the show's writers, this is a can't miss book.

1 out of 5 stars This isn't the real deal   November 25, 2008

I'm gravely dissapointed at this book, since hardely any of the articles correspond with what Barney has said. Since the previous authors have no clue I felt the urge to inform all potential buyers not to buy this copy. For example, we all know that Bro Code Article 89 is:
The mom of a bro is always off limits, but the stepmom of a bro is always fair game IF she initiates it and/or is wearing atleast one article of leopard clothing
In this travesty Amazon call The Bro Code article 89 is: A Bro shall always say yes in support of a Bro

Do NOT buy this "book"

5 out of 5 stars BROTASTIC!   November 5, 2008

Bro,

Truly a must for everyone from Aspiring-Bro to Broet-laureate. This Book of Bros will fully explain the intricacies of the brocabulary, the history, and the code itself. Includes original text of the first 'Bro Code' written in the mid 1700's, all Articles of said current "Bro Code" as well as all ammendments currently in effect. All Bros MUST own/worship this volume (book doesn't cut it).

SIDENOTE: since you haven't bought it, I will inform you that upon reading Article 4 of this sacred document you will understand my urge for you to puchase the following Amazon item to accompany this purchase: Deluxe Flat Locking Glass Display Case

~Bro

3 out of 5 stars A bunch of bros   October 28, 2008

I bought this book along with Brocabulary for my semi-retarded (in a good way) younger brother. Weirdly, I ended up reading both of them. Mostly because I'm a fan of How I Met Your Mother, but I was surprised that Brocab made me laugh out loud. And if my real bro thinks like these bros, he's even more retarded than I thought.
