Take this book for what it is: sheer entertainment. It is a quick enjoyable read and reads true to the thoughts and feeling of a girl Bella's age. This book was written with a certain audience in mind and was obviously not written for a sunday school class. As it is intended to be entertainment it should not be picked apart by religious bigots for whom it was not written in the first place. There are some books that you just read for fun. It in no way means that I will look to the characters as an example of how to live! Besides, every time a bigot creates a controversy it just means that more people will read the book and it will be that much more popular. So please keep on talking. I'm sure Stephanie Meyer will cry her way to the bank...or laugh.

This woman cannot write. The story drags. Bella is so selfish and immature and the whole story follows her shallow thoughts and feelings. Ugh!

Ok, to all the people that think this book sucks, are totally WRONG! This book is awesome, I have read all 4 books from Bella's point of veiw. And I can't wait for the next four but from Edward's point of veiw to come out. If you like romance,action, and fanasty then this book is for you! I think it is inapporiate for kids of a young age, well, at least the 4th book is! Well, that is all. p.s THIS BOOK ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Por casualidad fue que este libro llego a mis manos. Después de escuchar muchos muy buenos comentarios acerca de Crepúsculo no pude evitar pedirlo. Cuando lo tuve en mis manos no pude evitar devorarlo. Stephenie Meyer en realidad sabe como llegar al corazon de las personas por medio de sus personajes.
Bella es una joven muy sensible e inteligente y la historia gira alrededor de ella. Distintos sucesos fortuitos le ocurren en su nuevo hogar. Todos estos acontecimientos no solo envuelven a Bella, sino también a cada uno de los lectores, en especial su relacion con Edward Cullen.
Si buscas aventura, ficcion, comicidad, horror, y romance, Crepúsculo es el libro que estas buscando.

I got through the first few chapters of this before I passed the book on to the public library. Very amateurish and clumsy writing style. If I read one more sentence along the lines of "his eyes were dark and piercing" etc. This makes for very tedious reading.
Quite over-the-top and sophomoric. Not bad story-telling but she could use a good editor.
