5 out of 5 stars First Rate   March 5, 2003

I had the pleasure of taking Professor Seamon's Administrative Law course at the University of South Carolina School of Law. He really knows the material in and out and this book reflects that.

Administrative law is probably one of the more complex areas of law, and this book provides a solid framework for understanding the material. I reviewed some commercial outlines, but this material is much better suited for the E&E format. I've used the E&E Series for all of the first year courses and found this to be one of the better books. I highly recomend getting this book and going through it both before and during class.

5 out of 5 stars One of the Best admin law supplements around. By far one of the best E&E's   December 9, 2006

Not a huge fan of E&E's, but this one impresses. It breaks down the subject matter to the point of understanding without sacrificing content. Plenty of examples to go around. This got rave reviews from many in our law class who were forced to teach themselves the material.

Don't hestitate about buying this supplement, whether top of the class or the bottom.

4 out of 5 stars Classic E&E   January 20, 2008

Classic E&E - thorough but straightforward. A lot of the important cases are in the examples though, so don't plan on skipping over them. The hornbook doesn't cover the Federal Tort Claims Act or Section 1983.

4 out of 5 stars Very good Study Aid   December 17, 2007
I teach Administrative Law. This study aid is clear and concise, with good examples. It is not a substitute for classroom training, but among the study aids, this is the best, in my opinion.
